Terms and Conditions of the Contest

1. Terms of Participation Participation in the contest organized by SDS Swiss Dental Solutions, hereafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions.

2. Contest Duration The contest will take place from March 25, 2025, at 00:00 to March 29, 2025, at 24:00. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate online.

3. Participation To participate in the contest, filling out and submitting the displayed entry form is necessary. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered in the drawing. Only one submission per participant is allowed. Using multiple email addresses or Facebook profiles to increase chances of winning is strictly prohibited. Participation in the contest is free of charge.

4. Eligibility Participants must be natural persons who are residents of Germany, the EU, or the USA and are at least 18 years old. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant is legally incapacitated, the consent of their legal representative is required. Persons involved in the design and implementation of the contest, employees of the organizer, and their family members are not eligible to participate. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its discretion if there are justified reasons, such as: (a) Manipulation related to access to or execution of the contest, (b) Violations of these terms and conditions, (c) Unfair behavior, or (d) False or misleading statements in connection with participation in the contest.

5. Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize The following prizes will be awarded:

   • Prize 1: 1x voucher for participation in the CIW, date can be freely chosen, worth €3,300.

   • Prize 2: 3x Education vouchers worth €500 each for SDS, date can be freely chosen.

   • Prize 3: 10x SDS Baseline Supplements.

   The winners will be determined after the contest deadline through a random drawing among all participants. If the contest is linked to a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the drawing. Winners will be notified promptly via a separate email. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or the legal representative of a minor winner. No exchanges, self-pickup, or cash payouts are allowed. Any shipping costs for the prizes will be covered by the organizer. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. If the winner does not respond within three weeks after two requests, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

6. Termination of the Contest The organizer expressly reserves the right to end the contest at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if there are any reasons that disturb or prevent the proper conduct of the contest.

7. Privacy To participate in the contest, personal data is required. The participant assures that the information provided, including first name, last name, and email address, is true and correct. The organizer points out that no personal data will be shared with third parties without consent. In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and location in promotional materials used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organizer’s website and social media platforms. The participant may withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing to the contact details provided in the contest app’s legal notice section. After withdrawal, the collected and stored personal data will be immediately deleted.

8. Facebook Disclaimer This promotion is in no way associated with, sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook.

9. Applicable Law Any questions or complaints related to the contest should be directed to the organizer. Contact details can be found in the legal notice section of the SDS website. The organizer's contest is exclusively governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.

10. Severability Clause If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that most closely corresponds to the intended purpose of the invalid provision will apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions.
